The main mission of the undergraduate program in Mathematics is to prepare specialists who possess solid mathematical knowledge and the ability to apply it in solving specific problems in different fields. The programme aims to provide the background of knowledge and skills that will allow graduates to easily integrate into fields that require solid knowledge of mathematics (theoretical or applied), but also the possibility to continue their professional training through master programmes and subsequent integration into a research activity in theoretical and applied mathematics. The objective of the undergraduate programme in Mathematics is to provide graduates with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills necessary for a successful career in mathematics. The objectives and skills profile developed are in line with identified labour market needs and the national qualifications framework.
