Relevant information regarding the scholarship award process

To try to streamline the possible questions you may have, we are here to support you with the most frequently asked questions that arise while filling out the forms for submitting the social scholarship application, as well as answers for certain specific situations. [IMPORTANT] Please submit the documents relating to IBAN account as quickly as possible for timely processing of information at the address https://burse.uvt.ro/iban/.

17.11.2025: Any appeals can be filed on November 18 2025 to the email address burse.fi@e-uvt.roThe email will mention the name, surname, enrollment number, program and year of study, the type of scholarship for which the appeal is being made, as well as the reason for it.

19.11.2025: Any appeals for the results published on 19.11.2025 will be submitted to the central UVT scholarship awarding committee at the e-mail address burse.uvt@e-uvt.ro On November 20 2025The email will mention the name, surname, enrollment number, program and year of study, the type of scholarship for which the appeal is being made, as well as the reason for it.

2. Applications for social scholarships will be accepted exclusively through the online platform https://burse.uvt.roStudents access this platform through their institutional email address (@e-uvt.ro).

3. For the evaluation of social scholarship files, verification of the income of students and their family members will be carried out in the PatrimVen online platform.

4. Complaints and any other documents Requests from students related to the scholarship awarding process are taken exclusively online, by sending them to the email address dedicated to scholarships at the faculty level: burse.fi@e-uvt.ro.

5. University-level appeals are sent to the email address dedicated to scholarships at the university level: burse.uvt@e-uvt.ro.

6. For the evaluation of social scholarship files for the academic year 2025 – 2026, the value of the minimum net basic salary in the economy taken into account is 2.165 lei/month.

7. The collection of IBAN accounts of scholarship students will be done through the online form available https://burse.uvt.ro.

8. By November 21, 2025, it is transmitted in electronic format to the address burse.uvt@e-uvt.ro a centralizing situation with the number of student beneficiaries for each scholarship category.

  • Beneficiaries of any type of scholarship (found in the final tables) are asked to communicate as soon as possible the IBAN account in which they wish to have their payment made to the following address: https://burse.uvt.ro/iban

The account must be opened at a bank in Romania, in the name of the scholarship beneficiary, and a copy of a bank statement is required to complete the form above.
