In accordance with Article 6, paragraph (1) of The methodology regarding the activity of coordinating the development of finalization papers and regarding the activity of verifying the originality of the finalization papers of bachelor's and master's university studies at the Western University of Timișoara (UVT), registration for the bachelor's/dissertation exam is conditional on the student choosing the topic of the bachelor's/dissertation paper proposed by the coordinating teacher within 60 days from the beginning of the academic year of the final year of study, through the section dedicated to this purpose on the UVT e-learning platform (https://elearning.e-uvt.ro).

At this point coordination sessions have been configured on e-learning platform, so that from now on students can enroll to prepare their final thesis for university studies with the desired coordinating teacher, the deadline being December 2 2025.

Steps to follow on e-learning platform for registration in order to prepare the thesis for the completion of university studies under the coordination of a teaching staff are described in Guide to using the e-learning platform for the coordination of bachelor's and dissertation papers.

At the same time, in accordance with article 11, paragraph (4) of The regulation regarding the organization and conduct of final exams for bachelor's and master's university studies at the West University of Timișoara, the faculties establish at least two deadlines, during the second semester of the final year of studies, by which students must mandatorily upload, on the e-learning platform, intermediate versions of the final work of the bachelor's or master's degree, for verification by the coordinating teacher. In conjunction with art. 14, paragraph (3), of Regulation on the organization and conduct of final exams for bachelor's and master's degrees at the Faculty of Informatics the deadlines are:

• no later than the end of March of the academic year of completion of the studies of the cycle in which he/she is enrolled – for the first version which must include at least the introductory chapters of the work;
• at the latest the end of May of the academic year of completion of the studies of the cycle in which he is enrolled – for the second variant which must also include chapters containing the student's own contribution.

Submission of the final version of the thesis for the completion of university studies on the platform https://elearning.e-uvt.ro is done at least 10 working days before the scheduled date for the start of the first part of the final exam, according to the calendar established by each faculty for conducting final exams.
